What map data will be included?

Your map wallpaper will be printed using a number of composite maps sourced from Ordnance Survey County Series mapping at Six-Inch to the mile (1:10,560) and dating between 1888-1913.

Note that the Ordnance Survey only provides mapping data of Great Britain, (this excludes Northern Ireland). Final map print is enlarged and not to original mapping scale.

Can I customise the map?

We can highlight specific areas in a different tone or colour to match your company branding, add your company name or logo, a "You Are Here" label or additional photos or graphics. Use the enquiry form to get in touch.


The maps still clearly show many of Britain’s more ancient features and settlements, but these are now dominated by the new Victorian urban society which in many ways forms the basis of our own. All but the very largest cities still had clearly defined boundaries, but with little of the urban sprawl that has since overtaken so much of the landscape. The construction of over 16,000 miles of railway track had made its mark on the physical landscape.

Please Note: Your wallpaper mural is custom made to your exact wall dimensions and is split into the minimum number of panels possible to minimise the number of joins. This means panel widths can be between 800mm to 1200mm wide, dependant on the size of the wall.
