We will prepare your mapping data and email you two map proofs for you to check and approve. Map proofs are included in the price of the map wallpaper, but we make a small charge of £18.00 for producing map proofs only.

  1. The first proof is a scaled down version of the whole wallpaper map so that you can check the overall map.
  2. The second proof is a section of your wallpaper map at 100% of the wall size so that you can inspect the detail.

Once you approve the proofs we will supply you with a link for payment (the £18.00 proof charge will be refunded from this payment). Your order will be printed and despatched, please allow 5 to 10 working days for preparing proofs and printing.

The popular Landranger Map series at 1:50 000 scale show all the main landscape features - roads, settlements, terrain and points of interest, tourist information, picnic areas and camp sites.

This type of wallpaper map is suitable for areas approximately 20 - 50 miles across, depending on your wall size.

For much larger areas please consider using an alternative map type such as OS Regional 1:250 000.

For smaller areas try the OS VectorMap® Local 1:10 000 or the OS Explorer 1:25 000.

What map data will be included?

The Google map data shown in the map selection tool above is for reference only, your wallpaper map will be printed using OS Landranger 1:50 000 map data.

Note that the Ordnance Survey only provides mapping data of Great Britain, (this excludes Northern Ireland). Final map print is enlarged and not to original mapping scale.

Can I customise the map?

We can highlight specific areas in a different tone or colour to match your company branding, add your company name or logo, a "You Are Here" label or additional photos or graphics. Use the enquiry form to get in touch.

The popular Ordnance Survey Landranger Map series at 1:50 000 scale show all the main landscape features - roads, settlements, terrain and points of interest, tourist information, picnic areas and camp sites. The OS Landranger series has the advantage of covering a greater area with a format that is similar to that of the 1:25 000 scale Explorer maps, albeit with less detail.

Please Note: Your wallpaper mural is custom made to your exact wall dimensions and is split into the minimum number of panels possible to minimise the number of joins. This means panel widths can be between 800mm to 1200mm wide, dependant on the size of the wall.
